Registration papers will be given after we receive a letter from vet stating puppy has been spayed or neutered .It is to be spayed or neutered by a licensed, reputable veterinarian within 4 months after receiving puppy. It is understood at the time of sale that this dog is not considered to be of show or breeding quality, but is a representative of its breed and is structurally and temperamentally suited as a companion and/or obedience dog. This puppy is guaranteed for two weeks against any general health irregularities ,the puppy is to be examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours after purchase . If the pup is found to be unsatisfactory by vet {refund will be given } [ this does not include veterinarian cost] Failure to follow this contract entitles the seller to the amount of $__________________ as a result of breach of contract and any legal fees associated with legal actions.
The buyer understands that this is a legally binding contract and this dog is not to be registered with any other registry other than the one supplied by seller it is considered pet quality

1 Deposits for the Olde English Bulldogges are a minimum of $200..... We can accept Postal Money Orders, Money Grams. or Western Union.. A bank draft or casher's check, we will have to wait till they are "cleared" by our bank before the pup can be shipped. All deposits after 2 weeks are non-refundable
2 Deposits [or payments] are non refundable only when the pups are taken to the vet and if a problem is found then your refund is refunded to you (this does not include veterinarian cost
3 we can ship your pup to you if you want us to.. buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.
4 You have full responsibility for the puppy /dog you have received from purchase date forward.... be sure and have your pup checked by your vet with in 48 hrs. upon receiving pup! IF PUP IS NOT TAKEN TO VET WITHIN THE 48 HOURS THE WARRANTY IS VOID. You must send us a copy of that health report for our records if not sent pup is not warranty . depending on the age of the pup, you may need to schedule appointments for next set of puppy shots and worming.. the buyer is responsible for all veterinarian expenses from purchase date forward.. YOU, the buyer, have full rights to your puppy/dog... you have the right to breed, or not to breed your puppy once it becomes an "adult" dog.. the only dogs that are not to be bred are the ones sold as {PET QUALITY} in which they are to be {SPAYED OR NEUTERED}
5 Buying a puppy/dog takes a lot of responsibility, be sure you are ready for that responsibility! if for any reason you decide you cant get/keep your puppy or adult dog after you have purchased it, you may return him/her to us and we will find/place him/her in a new home.. [ no "Refund" implied]..
6 We only warranty a puppy if a major problem is found and puppy has to be put down. ( We Warranty Dogs for One Year ) I know that sounds bad to say that, but we can only warranty something we know .Often times in dogs no problems may not show up for many years in a breeding program and then it hits. If a problem was to happen we will need your veterinarians dated and signed statement of the puppy's condition . And then we would see about exchanging your puppy with another of equal value. [ At no time is the seller responsible for any vet expenses.]all cost of shipping a pup back are the buyers responsibility {THIS DOES NOT COVER PARVO} or hips due to lack of proper care for pup, such as Nutrition, OVER FEEDING and over-exercised at a young age. We do not cover any skin problems
7 Buyer should provide lots of love, proper nutrition and training to ensure pups well rounded growth... and as protection for our pups/adult dogs, if at any time, I the seller, find that a pup, or adult dog we sold being abused, mistreated, or treated inhumanely., I reserve the right to reclaim the pup/dog at the owners expense.. [ no refund implied ].....
